Minprovise is seeking an experienced Resource Planner & Scheduler to support our growing shutdown, maintenance, and project operations across Western Australia.

This is an office-based role located at our Welshpool Head Office, combining short-term resource planning with long-term forecasting and scheduling to ensure labour demands are met efficiently and compliantly.

You will work closely with Operations, Projects, Mobilisation, and Clients to plan workforce requirements, build sustainable crew pipelines, and ensure readiness well ahead of mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Develop and maintain workforce schedules for shutdowns, maintenance, and project works using the CRU rostering system
- Assign personnel to jobs based on availability, competencies, and project requirements
- Manage workforce planning and maintain a 9-week labour forecast to ensure resource requirements are met.
- Monitor and adjust plans in response to scope changes, client priorities, and workforce availability
- Overlay future demand with recruitment strategies and crew-building initiatives
- Structure and sequence work to support core crews and interstate workforce planning
- Ensure planned resources meet site mobilisation requirements while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Liaise with mobilisation and compliance teams to align planning outputs with mobilisation timelines
- Maintain accurate records of personnel allocations, qualifications, and site access readiness
- Collaborate with operations,



team leaders and other stakeholders to gather input and information required for scheduling activities
- Communicate schedule updates, changes, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

Qualifications & Experiences

- Minimum 2 yearsu0027 experience in scheduling, resource coordination, mobilisation, or shutdown planning within the mining, industrial services, construction, or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and forecasting capabilities and experience using rostering and planning systems
- Sound understanding of WA site mobilisation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to prioritise competing demands and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and continuously improve.
