The Opportunity

- Handling applications, ensuring data is accurate
- Assisting with progressing insurance cases
- Scheduling meetings, diary management and triaging calls
- Marketing support
- Handling any general inquires via phone and email
- Apply claims policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Liaise and manage various stakeholders

What You Need
- Extensive General Insurance Claims experience from insurer or brokerage
- Technical Claims background eg. Liability, Litigation or law background
- An all rounder that isn't afraid to assist the team
- Ability to work independently and across different timezones
- Strong communication & relationship‑management skills
