The Primary Care and Community Health Unit consists of 9 centres that provide a range of services for children, young people and their families, adults, older people and their carers. This Physiotherapist role is part of a community-based team that provides high-quality physiotherapy interventions across a broad range of services and diverse client presentations. The physiotherapy team delivers assessments and interventions to clients living in their own homes or attending a community health centre, as well as running group exercise programs at community centres.

Join our dedicated team delivering high-quality physiotherapy services across a range of community-based programs, including: - Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) - Nepean Post Acute Community Care (NPACC) - Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). What you will bring to the role * Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and Current National Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).

- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and intervention across a broad range of clinical presentations, commensurate with level of experience.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective time management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and demonstrated knowledge of Quality Improvement & Evidence Based Practice.
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills within a health environment, with experience working in multidisciplinary team settings.
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel. This may include driving long distances across the LHD.
