Ciaron Maher Racing is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Trainer to join our team in a hands-on leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of Australia’s premier racing operations, helping oversee the day-to-day management of a world-class stable. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily training operations
- Support the NSW Assistant Trainer in the running of the stable
- Oversee horse care and welfare
- Coordinate staff and daily stable activities
- Lead by example in a hands-on role

About You
- Previous racing industry experience is essential
- Excellent staff management and coordination skills




- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Passionate about horse welfare and achieving high performance
- Reliable, organised and able to thrive in a rapid-paced environment
