You will be an Banking & Finance – Asset (Aircraft) Finance Lawyer at the 5-8 year level (or more junior) who would like to move to New York and sit your New York Bar exams, or you may already be admitted to the NY Bar.
Your current role
Will see you join this World class Global Asset Finance team in New York.
Consistently ranked Band 1 by Chambers and Tier 1 by Legal 500. Work with a newly appointed partner in a four (4) partner team including the Head of Banking & Finance, Head of Aviation Finance and Head of Diversity Committee.
Your team is both home-grown and lateral (equally valued).
Your practice will focus primarily on aircraft finance including capital markets issuances, portfolio securitizations, acquisitions and sales, private placements, secured, unsecured and asset based lending and restructurings, and leasing (finance and leveraged). Represent lenders, underwriters,
operating lessors, manufacturers and export credit agencies.
