We're seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join a leading Australian builder renowned for delivering some of Victoria's most significant healthcare, civic, education and complex building projects.

In this role, you'll lead consultant teams, drive design outcomes, and work closely with project delivery teams to bring complex projects to life. While Melbourne office-based, regular site visits will form an important part of the role.

What we're looking for:
✅ Proven Design Management experience within construction or major projects
✅ Strong healthcare or hospital project experience
✅ Excellent stakeholder and consultant management skills
