We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our General Insurance team in Sydney | Melbourne | Brisbane | Adeliade | Newcastle.

We are seeking a motivated Lawyer or Associate with up to 2 to 7 years' post-qualification experience to join our growing Liability Team. Based in either Newcastle or Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adeliade you will work closely with experienced practitioners on complex and interesting claims across a diverse insurance portfolio.
Responsibilities

- Manage and assist with defendant insurance litigation matters
- Work directly with domestic and international insurer clients
- Draft legal advice, pleadings, and court documents
- Attend mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
- Collaborate with a supportive and high-performing team

What will help you succeed in this role?

- Admitted solicitor with up to 2 - 7 years PQE
- Experience in insurance, liability, litigation, or dispute resolution is desirable
- Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and build client relationships
