Cafe Supervisor - Farm & Co Day work. Beautiful farm. 7 minutes to the beach.

We’re after an experienced Hospo Supervisor to run our floor. Farm & Co is a busy, much-loved cafe on a working farm, and we want someone who can lead a smooth service, get the best out of the team, and make every guest feel properly looked after.

The hours (your call)

- 4-day week (Thurs–Sun, 30-32 hours casual or part-time) or 5 days (Wed–Sun, 38 hours casual or full time) - whatever suits you

- Day shifts only, home in time for dinner

- Weekends are part of the deal

You’re our person if you’ve got

- Solid cafe or restaurant leadership and service experience and are a natural on the floor

- A genuine knack for training and bringing a team along is non-negotiable

- Real upselling instincts - guiding a table, not pushing it





- The ability to read a room, stay a step ahead, and keep calm when it’s slammed

- Sharp attention to detail and presentation

- Easy communication with the kitchen, pass, bar and the wider FOH crew

- Reliability, punctuality and accountability - you show up and you own it

- Your own reliable transport to the farm

- Confidence on back of house POS and Me+U / online ordering is to advantage

- Great barista skills and a genuine eye for coffee is to advantage, but not a deal breaker
