Essential Criteria To be successful in these roles, you will have:

- A current driver's licence
- Experience in employment services and/or supporting people with disability, injury or a health condition
- Ability to meet KPI expectations while maintaining quality, person‑centred service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship-building skills with participants, employers and community stakeholders
- A commitment to empowering people to achieve their employment goals
- Passion for inclusion, diversity and social impact
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team
