Talent is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Leader to own a global enterprise ServiceNow platform, guiding governance, upgrades and architecture. You’ll manage a distributed engineering team, influence prioritisation with Product leadership, and ensure stability and scalability across time zones.

Reporting to the VP of Service Transformation, you’ll balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership, shaping the platform’s future while maintaining credibility with engineering staff and stakeholders.
