Watsons Chemists is seeking a friendly, motivated and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy community pharmacy in Birkdale. This casual opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and wants to build a rewarding career in community pharmacy.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll help ensure every customer receives a welcoming and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Assist customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries.
- Serve customers at the pharmacy counter and checkout.
- Receive, unpack and replenish stock.
- Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation.
- Support pharmacists and dispensary staff with daily operations.




- Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy environment.
- Assist with other general pharmacy duties as required.

About You

- Friendly, approachable and customer focused.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience is highly regarded, however full training will be provided to the right candidate.
