St Paul’s Early Learning Centre in Townsville seeks two Lead Educators for a permanent part-time role (37.5 hours/week). You will design dynamic programs, supervise activities, and cultivate a protected, nurturing environment. Strong communication and relationship-building with children, families, and the community are essential.
Required: Diploma in Children’s Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent, Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, and Child Protection Training. EYLF/NQS knowledge is highly valued.
