Join a busy warehouse operation in Erskine Park supporting transport, dispatch and administration functions. We’re seeking an experienced Dispatch Worker with solid computer and administrative skills to help coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role offers hours between Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating daily dispatch and transport activities
- Processing orders, consignment notes and shipping documentation
- Communicating with drivers, customers and internal teams
- Data entry and maintaining accurate dispatch records
- Using warehouse and transport management systems
- Supporting general administration duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous dispatch or transport coordination experience
- Administration experience in a warehouse, logistics or transport environment
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Own reliable transport to Erskine Park
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
