Certificate 3 Educator - Casual Position

HDK Elderslie is currently seeking a Certificate III qualified Educator to join our friendly and supportive team in a consistent casual role .

This position is available to support our service while one of our educators is on maternity leave , with regular shifts available for approximately 6–8 months , and the possibility of ongoing employment beyond this period .

About the Role

- Consistent casual work each week - upto 5 Days per week

- Approximately 6–8 months of regular shifts

- Opportunity for the role to continue longer term

- Work across our early learning rooms as required

- Supportive team environment with robust leadership

About You

- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)

- Current First Aid, CPR,



Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

- Current Child Protection and Child Safety Training

- Reliable, flexible, and passionate about working with children

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with children and families
