Crown Sydney is seeking a Hotel Concierge Attendant for a full-time role based in the hotel lobby. You will welcome guests, provide personalised recommendations, and coordinate services across the resort to enhance each stay.
You will need experience in high-volume luxury hospitality, solid organisational skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs with discretion. Shifts span 7 am–11 pm on a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
