Job Description

As a Section Waiter inMarmelo, you willbe responsible for managing your own section, ensuring high levelsof service are consistently delivered.You'llbe the face of the restaurant to our guests – welcoming, serving, and engaging with them to ensure they enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide productive and attentive service to guests within yoursection
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with confidence andcare
- Alwaysmaintaincleanliness and presentation of your section
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth serviceflow




- Handle guest queries or feedback professionally and promptly

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Previousexperience in a fine dining establishment or hatted restaurant is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills,strong communicationabilities, and a polisheddemeanour.
- Proficiencyin wine service and an understanding of food and beverage pairings.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of service meethigh standards.
- Must have a valid Victorian RSA
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired.
