We’re looking for a customer-focused sales specialist to join our thriving team in Logan . We are seeking a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic sales person to join our team in Logan. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect fit for their clothing, footwear, and more. If you are a people-oriented individual with a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect prospect for you!

About the Role:

As a Sales Specialist , you will play a key role in delivering 5-Star service and ensuring each customer finds the perfect clothing, footwear, and decoration solution. Your ability to connect with customers, stay organised, and drive sales will make you a standout. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and loves building strong customer relationships , we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Engaging with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email to provide expert advice and service.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.




- Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.
- Ensuring the store is always at its best - organised, clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Handling inventory and restocking , making sure products are displayed to maximise sales.
- Contributing to a high-performing team environment by supporting colleagues and mentoring others.

- A natural people-person who enjoys connecting with customers and building relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a solid work ethic - you love achieving results and take pride in your work.
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills - you stay focused even in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy - comfortable using computers, POS systems, and email communication.
- Previous sales experience is great but to essential, a positive attitude and willingness to learn more important to us!

Your roster is 21.5 hours per week:

Monday - 12:30pm to 5pm

Tuesday - 8am to 5pm

Thursday - 12:30pm to 5pm

Saturday - 9am to 1pm

Possible additional hours available by arrangement.

We are located at the corner of Kingston Rd and Queens Road, Logan Central - Pop in anytime and meet the team. If the manager is available they will meet with you and show you around.
