HCA Youth & Community is seeking casual Residential Youth Workers to support young people in out-of-home care across Ipswich and surrounding areas. You will help with daily living, school participation and community activities, while building trust and safety in transient shifts.
Candidates should have a Certificate IV in Youth Work (or related) with First Aid & CPR, and ideally some residential youth work experience. This role offers adaptable rosters and a supportive team environment.
