Reflections Holidays is seeking casual Reservations Agents to join our Reservations Team at the Base Camp in Wickham, near Newcastle. You will handle bookings from guests by phone, email and web, guiding them to nature-driven escapes while promoting our Customer Loyalty Program.
We value impeccable attention to detail and a high standard of service. You will work a seven-day roster with shift times between 7am and 7pm, including weekend rotations, to support our growing parks network.
