Kejaz Pty Ltd is the Elders Insurance Wangaratta & North East agency situated at 24 Rowan Street, Wangaratta where we currently have an prospect for a part - time position as an Insurance Sales Support Officer.

Whether you are a school leaver, a university student or have been out of the workforce for a while then this role may just be for you. The position is available for 3 days per week, each Monday & Wednesday will be definite days from (8.30am – 5pm), the 3rd day will be agreed upon once the right applicant has been selected but this is an office base role and attendance in the office is required on days of work.

Duties will include:

- Office administration, telephone enquiries and credit control and more.

Applicant:





- Display a knowledge of general insurance (preferred but this is not a requirement).
- Display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input.
- Have good communication skill and organisational skills.
- Obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances.
- Obtain or have already Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance.

You will also have the following qualities:

- Customer service and the ability to manage your own time well and to targets.
- Teamwork and co-operation.
- Concern for quality, accuracy and efficiency.
- Flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be reliable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
