We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team in a casual Sales / Customer Service position.

This is a diverse role involving customer service, sales and assisting with the day-to-day running of our showroom. Full training will be provided, including water testing, so no previous pool industry experience is required .

Responsibilities

- Assisting customers in-store with the sale of spas, pool chemicals, and related products
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Performing pool water testing and assisting customers with water chemistry advice — full training provided, no previous experience required
- Answering customer enquiries and providing product information
- Preparing quotes and processing sales
- Assisting with general showroom duties
- Keeping the showroom clean, organised and well presented
- Supporting the team with general duties as required

- Able to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Comfortable using computers and handling basic administrative tasks
- Interested in sales and customer service
- Happy to learn about pool and spa products
- Happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
- Available to cover staff holidays and provide additional hours when required

Hours

This is a casual position working every Saturday from 10:00am – 2:00pm, with one Saturday off each month.

Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm

Additional hours may be available to cover holidays and staff leave
