Myhealth Toowong is seeking a friendly, organised GP Medical Receptionist to join the team as Second-in-Charge. The role is part-time across 3 to 4 days a week, handling front-desk duties and supporting the Practice Manager.
You will manage diary scheduling with the Clinical Team, assist with patient and doctor queries, and ensure smooth operations using Best Practice software and Medicare billings where applicable. A welcoming, proactive attitude will help deliver excellent patient experiences.
