As a Casual Support Worker with Born to Shine , you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with disabilities. This may include:
- Assisting with daily personal care and household tasks
- Supporting community participation and social outings
- Helping with meal preparation, shopping, and budgeting
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Supporting children with school pick-up/drop-off and fun activities
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and enthusiastic attitude
- Previous experience in disability or community services (preferred but not required)
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- A driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
