Alcoa Australia is offering a Heavy Diesel Fitter apprenticeship commencing early January 2027, based at Huntly and Willowdale mine sites. The program combines practical work in the main mobile workshop with structured TAFE training to achieve a nationally recognised trade qualification.
You will gain hands-on experience across diagnostics, engine and transmission repair, brakes, hydraulics and electrical systems, servicing heavy earth moving equipment and other vehicles.
