Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive full time Shift Supervisor for our Sydney City and Darling Harbour location. Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the Station.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPI's in optimising revenue growth and maximising profitability
- Effectively control station costs in accordance with set budgets
- Ensuring Company damage policies are complied with to decrease the risk and/ or cost to accidents
- Actively market and promote Europcar services within the specified station region
- Exceed and surpass customer service expectations
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on agreed financial, operational station and fleet performance measures

To be considered, you will possess:

- Experience working in a supervisory, team leader, or management position
- Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Reporting and rostering in accordance with budgets
- Experience working with KPIsClear and confident communication skills
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating shift roster
- Full drivers licence
- Full Australian work rights

A finales del siglo XIX, el automóvil era un lujo reservado a la élite, pero interesa a todo el mundo, atrayendo a multitudes: en 1898 se celebra en París el primer salón del automóvil. El alquiler de coches verá la luz unos años más tarde, al otro lado del Atlántico, pero su desarrollo se verá frenado por la primera y luego por la segunda guerras mundiales. Tras la guerra, un empresario parisino reavivó la idea: "Si no puedes permitirte comprar un coche, ¿por qué no alquilarlo cuando lo necesites?". Se llamaba Raoul-Louis Mattei y en 1949, creó "L'Abonnement Automobile": una empresa que más tarde se convertiría en la Compagnie Internationale Europcars, luego Europcar. Su sede, situada en el número 11 de la rue du Champ de Mars, incluía también una agencia de alquiler. El éxito de la empresa fue rápido, ya que el alquiler de coches respondía a una necesidad real.
