BPA Children’s Services is seeking an Early Learning Operational Manager to lead a portfolio of sessional kindergartens and long day care centres across western Melbourne. The role is full-time and field-based, reporting to the General Manager, Early Years.
You will build robust relationships, provide hands-on people leadership, monitor budgets and ensure compliance with NQF and regulations, while supporting enrolment and staffing across sites.
