Superloop is seeking a Systems Support Team Leader to guide a 24x7 System Support Centre, ensuring rapid triage and incident resolution for critical systems across our network operations. You’ll work with stakeholders, development teams and vendors to restore functionality and maintain service levels.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep telecom experience, and robust ITIL practices, SQL, and observability tooling.
