Salary Range:$131,585 - $134,775 per annum (Exercise Physiologist Lvl 4)

About the Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to provide NSW Ambulance staff with support to reduce the risk and occurrence of physical injuries across the organisation. The position is responsible for the development and implementation of injury prevention programs, workshops, educational resources and expert advice for NSW Ambulance staff at all levels and locations.

You are an experienced health professional with a robust background in delivering workplace wellbeing programs that support employees to improve their health and performance.

You have the ability to translate complex health information into clear, practical advice, and can motivate others to see the benefits in looking after their health and wellbeing. Your approach is grounded in evidence, enabling you to provide safe, realistic and sustainable recommendations that support people at work.





You are driven by a genuine passion for helping others and are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on workforce health and wellbeing within a large, diverse organisation. You take pride in supporting those who serve the communities of NSW.
