Visual Merchandiser - Central Coast & Lake Macquarie

Casual | Approx. 15-20 hours per week | Saturday availability essential

Do you enjoy working independently, staying active and creating attractive retail displays?

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Visual Merchandiser to join our floral merchandising team servicing supermarkets across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie regions .

Working with one of Australia's leading suppliers of fresh flowers and potted products, you'll visit major supermarkets throughout the territory to ensure floral displays are fresh, attractive and beautifully presented for customers.

About the role

This is a mobile merchandising position servicing stores across areas including Tuggerah, Wadalba, Toronto and Warners Bay .

Your store run may vary from week to week depending on operational requirements, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility and being out and about rather than working in the same location every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Merchandising fresh flowers and potted plants in major supermarkets
- Creating and maintaining attractive point-of-sale displays
- Rotating stock and maintaining product quality
- Moving stock from receiving/loading areas onto the shop floor
- Communicating professionally with store teams and your Area Manager
- Travelling between stores across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie areas

This position offers approximately 15-20 hours per week , with the potential for additional hours when covering other stores or team members.





Regular availability is required across Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday , with Saturday availability essential .

There may also be opportunities for additional work on other days, so candidates with good flexibility will be highly regarded.

As store requirements can change, the exact locations and days worked may vary from week to week.

What we're looking for

You'll be a great fit for this role if you are:

- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Friendly and qualified when dealing with store teams and customers
- Physically capable of an active role involving lifting, carrying and moving stock
- Flexible with working days and store locations
- Available to work Saturdays
- Able to manage your time and complete your store run efficiently

As regular travel is an essential part of the position, you will need a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle .

Previous merchandising, retail, supermarket or floral experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. We're equally interested in people who have the right attitude, are dependable and are willing to learn.

If you enjoy working independently and prefer a role where you're on the move rather than spending every shift in the same workplace, this could be a great fit.

You'll have the independence to manage your own store visits while being supported by an experienced merchandising team.
