Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Acute-Urgent/Aged Care

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a leadership role with real variety -and an employer who'll back you to keep growing? Omeo District Health (ODH) is a Small Rural Health Service in Victoria's breathtaking East Gippsland High Country, and they're on the hunt for their next ANUM.
Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll take the lead on allocated shifts across Acute, Urgent Care, Residential Aged Care, TCP and Home-Based Services -stepping up as Nurse-in-Charge when delegated, mentoring the team around you, and championing safe, high-quality care.

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Solid clinical grounding in acute and/or urgent care -ED experience is a real plus
- Proven competency across a range of settings, including aged care
- A natural mentor with a genuine commitment to teamwork and quality improvement
- Ideally 5+ years of clinical experience -acute, urgent care, aged care and/or rural/remote nursing highly regarded
