C3Talent has partnered with a well-established Australian organisation operating across multiple entities and sites. As part of a significant finance transformation program, they are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to help drive AP automation, support a major ERP implementation and become the internal subject matter expert for the AP function.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function and transformation across the group.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable across multiple entities.
- Playing a key role in the implementation and integration of NetSuite ERP and AP automation (OCR) technology.
- Monitoring automated AP workflows, managing system exceptions and optimising invoice processing.
- Preparing payment runs, reconciliations and maintaining accurate supplier records.
- Collaborating with Finance and project stakeholders to support system enhancements and future rollouts.




- Becoming the internal subject matter expert for AP systems, automation and continuous improvement.

About You

You're an experienced Accounts Payable qualified with strong ERP exposure and proven capability across systems, automation and continuous improvement. Experience with NetSuite or AP automation software such as Zone & Co, Kofax, Coupa or similar will be highly regarded. You'll be proactive, solutions-focused and confident working autonomously, taking ownership and improving processes rather than simply processing invoices.
