Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve annual and monthly sales targets across brands and channels.

Manage sales operations including pricing, inventory, promotions, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Drive business development by maintaining and expanding distributors, key account, and channel relationships.

Work closely with Marketing team to support product promotion, campaigns, and recent product launches, ensuring sales conversion.

Coordinate with product, supply chain, and factory teams to align production, inventory, and delivery with sales demand.

Collect and analyze sales data, market feedback, and competitor insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews for management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a sales management, business development, or e-commerce role,



preferably within FMCG, nutrition, health, or related industries.

Proven experience in sales strategy development, channel management, and target achievement.

Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
