About the Role

As Assistant Principal, you will lead teaching excellence, foster staff development, and build a strong school community. You will need excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Requirements of the role:

- postgraduate or Master’s in Leadership, Religion, Theology, or Education
- ability to drive a high-performance, improvement-focused school culture
- able to lead with Gospel values and contribute to the Church’s mission
- proven ability to lead and sustain collaborative inquiry processes that strengthen instructional practice and measurably improve student learning outcomes
- experienced in overseeing staff induction, development, and performance
