One Group is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join its leadership team at a premier Sydney CBD venue. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations across restaurant, bar and events, leading from the front and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced workplace.

You will coach and develop high‑performing teams, manage labour and payroll, control stock and rostering, and take ownership in the absence of senior management.
