The Valuable Guys is seeking a sales team leader to foster a positive, sales-focused culture and deliver profitable store growth. You will lead by example, coach the team and drive exceptional customer service to maximise every sale.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will build capability through our in-house sales model, manage labour, inventory and controllable costs, ensure Consumer Law compliance, and uphold The Good Guys branding and visual merchandising.
