Your responsibilities will include:
- Managefull ‑ cyclerecruitment for roles across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis onGo ‑ to ‑ Marketpositions (e.g.BDRs, AEs, CSMs)
- Partner closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership to align on role scope, priorities, and hiring decisions
- Proactively source talent through referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and market mapping
- Own and effectively prioritize 8+ requisitions in a fast ‑ paced,high ‑ volumeenvironment
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and employee referral programs
- Use recruitment data and metrics to informdecision ‑ makingand share clear, tactical hiring insights with recruiting managers
- Balance speed of hiring with quality of hire, ensuring roles are filled efficiently whilemaintaininga strong bar for talent

Other qualities that will set you up for success in this role include:
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in a nin ‑ houserecruitment role
- Proven success deliveringfull ‑ cyclerecruitment across multiple functions and/or geographies (EMEA experience preferred)
- Experience recruiting for a broad range ofsales ‑ orientedroles, includingpre ‑ sales, direct sales, channel, marketing, and customer success
- Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and selecthigh ‑ qualitycommercial talent, with strong judgment around role fit andlong ‑ term success
- Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
- A strongtrack recordof deliveringhigh ‑ qualityhires against business timelines, proactively communicating risks or blockers, and collaborating creatively to overcome challenges
