Site Engineer - Structural Steel, FRP or Civils

About the Role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our client’s project delivery team in Melbourne.

This is a great prospect for an engineer with experience in structural steel, FRP or civil construction who wants to build strong hands-on delivery experience across civil infrastructure, construction and data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day structural steel, FRP and civil works on site.

- Assist with planning, sequencing and coordination of construction activities.

- Manage RFIs, ITPs and quality documentation.

- Monitor site progress against programme requirements.

- Undertake site inspections and support quality control.

- Work closely with engineers, supervisors,



subcontractors and project stakeholders.

- Support safety, quality and environmental compliance across site activities.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Site Engineer within construction or civil infrastructure.

- Experience in structural steel installation, FRP or civil works.

- Structural steel erection and crane lift experience will be highly regarded.

- Civil infrastructure, commercial construction, data centre or heavy construction experience.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Full Australian working rights.
