NSW Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced clinical care in residential aged care facilities within the Hunter region. You will assess, diagnose, treat and coordinate care for older residents, working with a multidisciplinary team to improve timely interventions and patient outcomes.
This 12-hour-per-week, temporary part time role (until 30 June 2027) is based in Newcastle or Maitland, with remuneration of $72.54–$77.68 per hour plus super and salary packaging
