About the Job

Reporting tothe Head of SalesMeals and Beverages, this role sits at the heart of our Sales function and plays a critical role inmaintainingandreporting onapproximately $100 million in trade investment across our Meals & Beverages portfolio. You'llpartner closely with Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply teams togive visibility and clarity onpromotional programs across major retail customers including Woolworths,Colesand Independents. For therightcandidatethis is an excellent opportunity for an emerging FMCG professional lookingfor a career in sales, with pathways into future National Account Management opportunities.

What Your Days Look Like

- Managing andoptimisingpromotional activity across Woolworths,Colesand Independent retail customers.
- Maintainingandassistingonpromotional plans, funding, mechanics, volumeforecastsand timing within promotional planning systems.
- Analysingpromotional performance, ROI and trade spend effectiveness to provide actionable recommendations.
- Supporting annual planning cycles and promotionaloptimisationinitiatives.
- Ensuring promotional activityis accurately reflectedin demand planning systems to support supply readiness and production planning.
- Partnering with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams tooptimiseinventory levels and service outcomes.
- Managing customer claims,



trade spend governance,accrualsand financial reporting.
- Working across multiple National Account Managers and key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

The Ingredients for Success

- 3+ years' experience within FMCG, ideally across trade promotions, sales operations, customer marketing, category, revenuemanagementor account support functions.
- Solid analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with promotional,forecastingor demand planning systems. Experience with TELUS TPO and/or Blue Yonderis highly regarded.
- Ability to interpret dataand link tobusinessobejectives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting major grocery customers or broader FMCG retail environments.
- A proactivemindset, strongattention todetailand a genuine desire to learn and grow.
