We’re looking for an experienced Lead Graphic Designer | Design Studio Manager who loves getting their hands dirty in pixels and vectors but also possesses the operational chops to keep our creative studio running smoothly.

- 9 months fixed term prospect.

This is a hands-on role (approx. 70% design execution, 30% studio & team management) . You will be the design anchor for the team, producing high-impact creative deliverables while managing workflow, direct reports, and project traffic. If you’ve left design tools behind for spreadsheets full-time, this won’t be the right fit!

What You’ll Do

1. Hands-on Design & Execution (~70%)

- Create & Deliver: Conceptualise and execute high-quality design work across (digital, print, brand identity, social, campaign assets, etc.).
- Set the Bar: Lead by example with high craft standards, technical accuracy, and creative problem-solving.
- Maintain Consistency: Act as the guardian of brand guidelines across all internal and external outputs.

2. Studio Flow & People Leadership ( 30%)

- Manage Workflow:



Oversee traffic and project allocation across the design team to ensure balanced workloads and realistic deadlines.
- Mentor Designers: Provide constructive feedback, conduct design reviews, and foster creative growth within the team.
- Bridge Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between creative execution, project managers, and key stakeholders.

Who You Are

- Proven Creative: 5+ years as a Senior or Lead Graphic Designer with a standout portfolio showing versatile branding and visual execution.
- Active Practitioner: Master-level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and modern creative tools.
- Organized Facilitator: Experience with studio traffic/workflow management (using tools like Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Jira).
- Empathetic Mentor: Skilled at guiding junior/mid-weight designers through feedback and constructive critiques without micromanaging.
