The TheirCare IT team is seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to provide Level 1-2 support across national operations from our Glen Iris HQ. You will triage, investigate, resolve, and escalate helpdesk tickets and ensure users have reliable access to systems and tools.
You will support core business applications, manage user access, deploy hardware, and help maintain asset inventories while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external providers to keep services running smoothly.
