- Location: Mayfield Early Education Wulguru, Queensland
- Salary : $ 78,705 to $80,000 per year + superannuation (commensurate with skillsand experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implementplay-based kinder programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework(EYLF)
- Lead a team ofpassionate Educators to deliver program
- Support children’slearning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and inclusive environment
- Contribute to documentation, observations, and learning outcomes
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members




- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies
- Work across operatinghours on a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm

Skills and Experience Required

- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQAapproved qualification or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in an early childhood educationsetting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Secure Standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to contribute to a positive, compliant, and high-quality learningenvironment

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card
- Child Protection training
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness toobtain)
- Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
