What we are looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi for the main kitchen or Pastry Commis/Demi
- Strong knowledge of food, produce, and kitchen operations




- Clear communication and excellent organisational skills
- A team player who thrives under pressure
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability for nights and weekends
