What You’ll Be Doing

- Own the open + close. You’re the first in, last out, and the standard-setter for the day.
- Lead the Bakehouse team. Keep quality high, presentation sharp, and service humming. No shortcuts. No “near enough”.
- Make damn good coffee. We’re talking consistent, dialed-in, silky-smooth coffee — especially during rush hour.
- Keep calm in the chaos. Slammed morning? Equipment glitch? Customer queue at the door? You stay cool and in control.
