We are seeking an additional Full Time Administrator who will help support our Service Team at our office located in Loganholme QLD - onsite parking available. This role will be more focused around our Subcontractor base in Recom Electrical Services.

Your Role:

Service Related

- Issuing jobs to Contractors & Technicians

- Booking jobs with our clients

- Confirmation withcustomer regarding service reports

- Open service jobs & jobs costings





- Arrange for purchase orders from customers & suppliers

- WIP maintenance

- Preventative maintenance

- Quote customers - labour & parts

- Arrange for quotes ℴ parts

General Administration

- Liaise with accounts receivable/payable & procurement as required

- General administration &support; tasks

Your Profile:

- High focus on quality & attention to detail

- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

- Analytical &Problem; solving skills

- Proficiency inMS Office, Word & Excel

- Highly Organised with the ability to Prioritise work

- Accurate touch type skills

- Willingness to work as part of a team with a 'Can Do' attitude

- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential - withina service department will be highly regarded
