About the Role:

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing Individualised Living Options (ILO)



support and community access for NDIS participants. Your responsibilities will include fostering independence, building positive relationships, and promoting overall well-being.

Full time on Rotating roster

Day time, Afternoon, Evening and sleepover shift

What We're Looking For:

Experience in mental health support is essential.

Specific experience in NDIS mental health support is required.

A caring and compassionate approach to client care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

NDIS worker screening clearance is required.
