What You’ll Do

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor in our popularbeachfront café, you will lead our high performing team as we provide anunparalleled level of service to our guest experience. You will exceed ourguests' expectations by providing warm, authentic and timely service and servinggood food, drinks and local knowledge to elevate the guest experience.

What You’ll Bring

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor you have provenexperience in high end, high volume culinary environments - premium cafés,luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or private dining. Your provenexperience leading teams to meet a high level of excellence will be the key toyour success in this role.

- Sound knowledge of the latest trends and experience in the industry and on the Gold Coast;
- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitalityexperience;
- Proven ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment;

- Responsible Service of Alcohol;
- Tertiary Qualifications in Hospitality or Management highly regarded;
