What You’ll Be Doing:

- Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service across bar, bistro, gaming,



and functions
- Supporting and mentoring staff to deliver top-tier customer service
- Taking charge during peak trade periods and resolving any customer issues with a smile
- Maintaining compliance with RSA and venue policies
- Working closely with senior management to drive performance and improve service standards

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven hospitality or Duty Manager experience in a high-volume venue
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands‑on attitude and the ability to think on your feet
- Current RSA and RSG certificates (RMLV and Approved Managers License well regarded)
- Availability to work across a rotating roster (including weekends and nights)
