IRIS Hotel Group in NSW seeks a Duty Manager to lead busy venues with a solid focus on customer experience and profitability. Reporting to the venue licensee, you will drive service standards across F&B;, gaming and TAB, ensuring a cohesive team performance during peak periods.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of management experience in a busy hotel, a background in F&B;, RSA and RCG certificates, and a hands-on leadership style that motivates staff to excel in a fast paced environment.
