The Bagel Boys Pty Limited - Saint Lucia QLD

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to manage two 5-7 day a week high volume cafes/takeaways in UQ St Lucia, both running with 5-6 staff members per shift, where uniformity and consistency is a must.

We are looking for someone who can lead two teams efficiently in a direct, organised and fair manner. The ideal candidate must also have valuable Barista skills, food handling experience and excellent customer service skills.

The hours are predominately Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm day time hours but we will need you to step up for some afternoon shifts and weekends, if and when required.

Duties include:

- Managing a team
- Staff Training
- Cafe Roster
- Ordering Stock
- Stock rotation
- Preparing Food
- Making Coffee
- Catering
- POS
- Banking
- Follow strict food safety practices and complete relevant documentations.

You will need to be able to implement these systems without guidance on a daily basis and lead by example.
